  • Find out what day the school year begins and what time your child’s class starts.
  • Fill out emergency contact sheets and all other required forms.
  • Schedule a physical exam if it’s needed for school activities and sports.
  • Have your child’s vision checked… even if they currently wear glasses, make sure their prescription   hasn’t changed).
  • Notify the school with any health concerns or needed medications.
  • Check the school website for a list of required supplies & go shopping.
